HONOLULU (AP) — The Coast Guard says it rescued a male during sea
A 911 call Tuesday reported that a male was in a H2O off Makaha Beach and couldn’t get behind on his boat.
The Coast Guard dispatched rescue crews and found him. A rescue swimmer saw that a 30-foot sailboat’s engine was infirm and a user had an harmed leg.
The vessel and dual group were taken to Ko Olina Marina. While there, a Coast Guard did some checks and found that a vessel had some reserve violations such as no registration, no life jackets and no flares.
They also found out a harmed boater has warrants in another state. Police arrived to collect him up.
