Adriana Lima sparked health fears as she revealed her thinnest-ever frame while stepping out in Paris recently, weeks before the Victoria’s Secret fashion show.
The iconic supermodel, 45, wowed as she stepped out in a short leather trench dress for the glamorous REVOLVE Magazine event during Paris Fashion Week on Tuesday – but all eyes swiftly turned to her significant weight loss.
Lima, who famously raised eyebrows with her noticeably changed face in 2023, showed off her extremely thin legs and taut jawline en-route to the event.
Fans quickly took to social media to exclaim, ‘I’m sorry but WHAT happened to Adriana Lima’s legs???’ while others wildly claimed she had used ‘Ozempic and liposuction’ to achieve her new look.
One follower wrote, ‘Her legs are smaller than my arms’ while a second claimed, ‘Ozempic, that’s what happened.
Others said, ‘It’s called Ozempic, but she said she lost weight because she exercised a lot for a year. I didn’t believe her at first and here is the proof.

The Daily Mail has contacted representatives for Lima for comment and has yet to hear back.

‘I would have had no idea that was the same person,’ one social media user wrote on X, while others speculated that the Brazilian bombshell might be ‘still swollen’ from a cosmetic procedure, like a ‘facelift’ or ‘fillers.’
Another wrote: ‘What did she do to her face? and WHY? She was perfect before.’
At the time, Lima addressed the rumors, writing on Instagram: ‘This is the face of a tired mom of one teenage girl, two pre-teens, one active boy, a one-year-old learning to walk and three dogs… thanks for your concern.’
New York-based plastic surgeon Dr Jennifer Levine told the Daily Mail at the time that a number of procedures that could have led to her ‘swollen’ appearance, including fillers and a surgical brow lift – although she noted that it could also be caused by medications or health issues.
‘It appears that her face is swollen around the eyes and mouth especially, as her eyes seem smaller, the brow is unnaturally angled and her smile seems less genuine,’ she explained.
‘It is possible that she has had a combination of fillers, threads and some neuromodulators.’
Pointing out the extreme tilt to the side of Lima’s brow, Dr Levine added: ‘It is also possible for her to have had a surgical brow lift

Last month, Lima stepped out at Madrid Fashion Week and flaunted her sculpted arms in a black dress, with many fans believing the Brazilian model, who was a Victoria’s Secret Angel from 2000 to 2018, had transformed back into her old self.
Lima married film producer Andre Lemmers, 45, in 2024. The pair began dating at the start of 2021, before making their red carpet debut as a couple at Venice Film Festival that year.
They then welcomed their first child together in August 2022, a baby boy called Cyan Lima Lemmers.
This is her third child as she already shares two daughters, Valentina, 16, and Sienna, 13, with ex-husband and Serbian basketball player Marko Jaric, who she split from in 2014.
