Before the pandemic, business was fairly nonstop for Wang, who owns two food trucks. His larger truck, Fafu Chinese Cuisine, doles out traditional northern Chinese cuisine (dumplings, pork belly buns, beef noodle soup and stir fry dishes) while the smaller one, Mr. Wang’s Teriyaki Express, serves hibachi-style boxed meals.
