Chloe Wiegand’s relatives announce lawsuit opposite Royal Caribbean in toddler’s deadly fall

The family of a small lady who died in a tumble from a 11th building of a journey boat will sue Royal Caribbean and call for safer windows on oppulance sea liners.

Chloe Wiegand’s relatives Kim and Alan Wiegand; her grandfather, Salvatore “Sam” Anello; and a family’s profession Michael Winkleman announced a lawsuit Wednesday morning during a Fraternal Order of Police board in South Bend, Indiana, reports a IndyStar, that is a partial of a USA TODAY Network.

The family did not specify what indemnification they are seeking from a journey line, and instead focused on their desire to see Royal Caribbean and others make reserve and signage changes to forestall destiny tragedies.  

Through tears, Kim Wiegand talked about a pain her family has endured given a fall, and a problem of entertainment to announce a lawsuit usually dual days before what would have been Chloe’s second birthday.

In a new interview with CBS news, Salvatore “Sam” Anello, 51, has insisted he did not know a window was open when 18-month-old Chloe Wiegand fell to her genocide during a pier in Puerto Rico on Jul 8.
