Boeing abandoned warnings about reserve and peculiarity during 737 Max factory, says former manager

The Boeing bureau that constructed a 737 Max jetliner has such low reserve and peculiarity concerns that it should have been close down until they were rectified, a former comparison manager skeleton to tell a House subcommittee Wednesday.
