Melania Trump slams impeachment witness: ‘you should be ashamed’

Stephanie Grisham, a White House spokeswoman, also criticized a critique in a tweet. “Classless pierce by a Democratic ‘witness,'” Grisham said. “Prof Karlan uses a teenage child who has zero to do with this fun of a conference (and deserves privacy) as a punchline. And what’s worse, it’s met by delight in a conference room. What is being finished to this nation is no shouting matter.” 

Rep. Mike Johnson, R-La., after review Melania Trump’s twitter aloud and entered it into a congressional record of a hearing. 

Karlan apologized after during the hearing. 

“I wish to apologize for what we pronounced progressing about a president’s son, it was wrong of me to do that,” she said, adding, she wished a boss would also apologize for his actions before reiterating her regret.
