Hawaii’s Attempt To Control Telescope Protesters Is Invalid: Court

In an attempt to quell protests opposite construction of one of a world’s largest telescopes, a state of Hawaii adopted puncture rules

On Friday, however, a circuit justice judge ruleddidn’t have current reasons for a rules, confirming protesters’ complaints that a manners foul targeted them. 

The puncture manners prohibited certain camping gear, including tents, sleeping bags and stoves, and limited being within a mile of Mauna Kea Access Road from 10 p.m. to 4 a.m., unless in a relocating vehicle.

The protesters’ presence, according to a judge’s ruling,isnotareason supportingafindingof imminentperil.”
