
Fresno officers got a bizarre call Wednesday morning — a teenage lady crashed a stolen aircraft during Fresno Yosemite International Airport.
Visalia Times Delta, that is a partial of a USA TODAY Network, reported that a occurrence started around 7:30 a.m., when a 17-year-old lady managed to mangle by a airfield fencing, according to Vikkie Calderon, airfield open family officer.
The lady afterwards got into a King Air 200 propeller-driven aircraft and started one engine, according to airfield officials. The aircraft began to “move and pivot,” afterwards crashed into a building and a blockade on airfield property.
Airport and Fresno military officers responded to a 911 call.
When officers got to a girl, she was seated in a pilot’s chair and wearing a commander headset. She seemed to be “disoriented and was uncooperative” when officers arrested her, Calderon said.
