Delta Air Lines had technological issues Monday, when travelers encountered problems on a website and mobile app.
The airline released a transport advisory on a app and website: “We are addressing a record emanate that is impacting a ability for business to record in to their SkyMiles (frequent flyer) comment on Delta.com and a Fly Delta app. There is no impact to flights or operations.”
It recommended that travelers record in as a guest until a problem was fixed.
Delta and other airlines invested heavily in mobile apps. Travelers like a preference of carrying all during their fingertips, from sheet purchases to moody check-in.
DownDetector, that marks tech problems, showed a spike in reports of issues during Delta commencement around lunch time EST.
Passengers on a site and on Twitter reported not being means to record into a mobile app to check in for their moody or perform other functions.
