Hawaii Adds Third Gender Option For State-Issued IDs
Starting Jul 1, 2020, Hawaii residents will see a third gender option, “X,” on these forms. The legislation aims to revoke taste opposite nonbinary people who do not brand exclusively as masculine or female.
