Post Malone stunned his fans on Saturday night in St. Louis, Missouri, when he took a nasty spill on stage.
The singer, 27, was midway though the show at the Enterprise Center when he stepped into an uncovered opening while performing Circles.

The spill resulted in him slamming his ribcage against the sharp edge of the opening.
Medics rushed to his aid and helped him offstage as the concerned crowd cheered.
As he was exiting, the Wow artist spoke into the microphone and asked the audience to give him a few minutes to return.

He came back about 15 minutes later, holding his ribs as he continued with an abbreviated set that started with Rockstar and Cooped Up, featuring his support act, Roddy Ricch.
The star continued to hold his ribs as he thanked the crowd for their patience, explaining there was a ‘big-a** hole in the stage.
He apologized to the audience once again and even managed a few more songs — Sunflower, Congratulations and White Iverson, before ending the show, although the multi-talented artist stayed on stage to sign a few autographs.

The chart topper is in the middle of his Twelve Carat Tour.
In a video posted on Twitter Sunday, the diamond record holder said he had just gotten back from the hospital and ‘everything’s good. I got some pain meds and everything so I can keep kickin’ ass on the tour.
The I Fall Apart artist apologized, again, and thanked his fans, telling them ‘the next time I’m around this way, we’re gonna do a two hour show for you, so we can make up for the couple songs that we missed… even though I got my ass kicked by myself.’
Update: Post shared an update on Twitter Sunday thanking his St . Louis fans for their patience. He did not disclose the extent of his injuries, but shared he had been given paid medication from doctors at the hospital
‘I love you guys so much. Thank you St. Louis.’
The hitmaker did not disclose the extent of his injuries.
It is unclear if Post will be able to perform in the show scheduled for Columbus, Ohio, on Sunday, September 18.
Next time: The hitmaker said the next time he performs in St. Louis, he will do a two-hour show to make up to fans. It’s unclear if his injuries will allow him to take the stage in Columbus, OH Sunday (Sept 18)
