Nutrien Ltd. says it has sealed a understanding to buy Brazilian association Agrosema Comercial Agricola Ltda.
Financial terms of a understanding were not immediately available.
Nutrien says Agrosema has annual sales of roughly $60 million US opposite 12 plantation centres with approximately 200 employees.
The association says a merger complements a stream sell operations in Brazil.
Nutrien Ag Solutions has dual categorical operations in Brazil including a executive manure consistent trickery in Itapetininga and 6 additional facilities.
The association also owns Agrichem, that produces specialty glass fertilizers in Brazil.
