Xperia XZ3 specs leak, dual-camera setup in tow

The Xperia XZ3 will allegedly ship with a 5.7-inch Full HD+ (2160×1080) display with 18:9 aspect ratio, Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 845, 6GB of memory, up to 128GB of storage, a microSD card slot, and a 3240mAh battery. Most of that is similar to the model Sony already sells.

Sony might put a dual-camera setup on its upcoming flagship. The leak mentions 19MP and 12MP lenses paired together while there’s a single 13MP lens for the front-facing camera. The Xperia XZ2, in addition to many of Sony’s other current mobile devices, as single-camera setups.

The announcement probably won’t happen for several more months. Sony is likely unveiling the Xperia XZ3 at IFA 2018 in Berlin. The trade show is taking place at the end of August and into early September; therefore, Sony has plenty of time to figure out the direction it wants to take for its second flagship of the year.
