Kelsea Ballerini Hints She’s Wearing a Naked Dress at the 2026 Grammys
Kelsea Ballerini might be in a naked dress at the 2026 Grammys.
Ballerini, 32, gave her followers a hint at what she’s going to be wearing at the Sunday, February 1, awards show — and it might be an ultra-sheer dress. The singer took to Instagram on Thursday, January 29, to show off a see-through look. In the zoomed-in photo, fans saw a flesh-toned corset featuring underwire and visible boning. On her waist was a thin belt with “Etro for Kelsea Ballerini” embroidered on it. The look is seemingly still in the works, with a pin attaching fabrics together.
“See you Sunday ❤️,” she captioned the post, tagging Etro.
This year, Ballerini is nominated for Best Contemporary Country album for Patterns. She previously reacted to her nomination via her Instagram Story in November 2025. “Oh my goodness,” she gushed. “Patterns is nominated for a Grammy!”
At the 2025 Grammys, Ballerini stunned in a custom Tamara Ralph Couture mini dress. Her black ensemble, which was complete with all-over beading, featured a cutout neckline with cone cups, thick straps and a fitted skirt. She contracted the look with a white satin cape that billowed behind her.
Ballerini made her look even more fabulous with pointed-toe heels, diamond rings and coordinating stud earrings.
For glam, the singer donned a full beat with a dewy base featuring bronzed cheeks, a touch of blush and hydrated skin. Her eye makeup was just as noteworthy, featuring brown shadow smoked out to her outer corners, a pearly shade patted on her eyelids and warm pigment blended in her waterline. Ballerini completed her makeup with long lashes, filled-in eyebrows and nude lips. Her blonde hair was parted to the side and styled in voluminous curls.
Ballerini previously wore a naked dress at the 2024 Met Gala when she slayed in a Michael Kors dress. Her look featured a sheer silhouette adorned with 3-D pink and coral flowers. She styled the frock with a matching shawl and gold jewelry.
Ballerini’s makeup perfectly complemented her ensemble with pink shimmery eyeshadow and glossy lips. Her hair was styled in a glamorous updo with the same flowers pinned in her mane.
The “Cowboys Cry Too” artist posed with boyfriend Chase Stokes at the event. The Outer Banks star wrapped his arm around her while rocking a sequin blazer and matching fitted pants. He went shirtless underneath his jacket and accessorized with layered cross necklaces. Stokes completed his look with his hair parted to the side and styled in a wet hair look.
Ballerini and Stokes, 33, started dating in 2023 and made their red carpet debut at the CMT Music Awards that year. In September 2025, Us Weekly confirmed that the duo split just days after Stokes shared a sweet message for Ballerini’s 32nd birthday.

The following month, an eyewitness told Us that the duo were spotted in Scotland and seemed “very much loved-up.”
In December 2025, the pair confirmed their reunion on New Year’s Eve. “Messy year for the heart, messy year for the outside coming in, messy year for the way it became an out of our hands portrayal of it,” Ballerini captioned a photo of the two.
She added, “But what I’ll say, and all I really care to share indefinitely with my personal life anymore, is that I really love love. I believe in it, I believe in him, and I believe in breaking patterns. now go kiss your person and stop speculating.”
