John Legere, T-Mobile face #ScarrierThings for Halloween

John Legere wants you to escape the horrors of Verizon and ATT. With those two carriers, he believes you’re experiencing #ScarrierThings. That includes high prices, hidden fees, and outdated networks. If you go to T-Mobile, you’ll be free from those things and live worry-free.

T-Mobile sent a bunch of executives, including Legere himself, to a haunted house to experience the fear their competitors inflict on customers. It was full of terrifying characters including insane clowns with chainsaws and flesh-eating zombies.

More frightening were the signs, though. They read “Bill of Horror,” “I Love Bundling,” and “Still Under Scarrier Contract.” These are messages with strategies T-Mobile has spent years trying to eradicate from the wireless industry, so it must’ve been very traumatizing for the magenta-loving team.

It’s actually hilarious to see Legere get freaked out by everything because usually he comes across as a tough, no-nonsense kind of guy. The other executives, too, were scared throughout the entire trip through the haunted house.
