Apple on Monday released iOS 12.0.1, which fixes several major bugs that have plagued iOS 12 since its release. One of the fixes resolves a problem that saw iPhone users encounter a problem when charging their device. That problem should now be fixed.
Apple’s iOS 12.0.1 also fixes a Wi-Fi bug that saw iPhone XS devices automatically join 2.4GHZ Wi-Fi networks rather than 5GHz Wi-Fi networks. Users should now experience the faster Wi-Fi speeds.
Below are Apple’s full release notes. If you were experiencing any of these issues, you can download the update as an over-the-air update. Notably, Apple’s group FaceTime feature isn’t available, though it should be once iOS 12.1 is released.
