Public movement in Toronto dangerously noisy, investigate says

In a meantime, though, Toronto’s movement complement and streets sojourn shrill — so commuters might wish to cruise investing in a span of earplugs.

“Even earbuds that we use to listen to song can be used as ear protectors,” pronounced Lin.
