British Columbia is confronting a growing predicament of staffing shortages in seniors care, according to a new report.
The B.C. Care Providers Association (BCCPA) says a range is brief about 2,800 caregivers for seniors in assisted vital and home health care — and has summarized priorities like forgiving tyro loans, attracting some-more high propagandize graduates and shortening barriers for general students to residence a shortage.
