25 illnesses in 4 provinces related to E. coli-tainted Robin Hood flour

There have been 25 cases of E. coli infections related to a removed collection of Robin Hood code all-purpose flour, the Public Health Agency of Canada says.

The flour in 10-kilogram bags was sold in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba.

It was removed Tuesday by a Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) after it was dynamic some of a flour was contaminated with E. coli O121.

The 25 cases of illness occurred in 4 provinces — 12 in B.C., 4 in both Alberta and Saskatchewan, and 5 in Newfoundland and Labrador.
