Tyler Cameron announces fiancee Tate Madden’s pregnancy as she joins him on DWTS in heartwarming surprise
Bachelor Nation alum Tyler Cameron and his fiancée Tate Madden revealed that they are expecting their first child with a special announcement on Dancing With the Stars.
Madden, 32, showed off her baby bump as she joined Cameron, 33, and his dance partner Sharna Burgess, 41, during Dedication Night on Tuesday, for a contemporary routine dedicated to mothers.
Gigi Hadid’s ex-boyfriend was pictured sweetly cradling Madden’s baby bump before lifting her in the air. In another tender moment, he was seen kneeling down and kissing her belly.
The couple, who got engaged in August, also did a gender reveal right after, announcing that they are expecting a baby girl.
‘You would’ve loved the woman I’m gonna marry,’ Cameron said in a voiceover during the dance while talking to his late mother, Andrea.
‘All the things that made you special, I found in her. She’s gonna be the most incredible mama, just like you. And we’re gonna have a baby. I can’t believe I’m gonna be a dad. Wish you were here, hope that I make you proud. I love you, and I miss you every day.’

Following the emotional performance, it was revealed the couple had no idea if they were having a boy or girl, and found out live on stage during the broadcast.
After they were showered in pink confetti, Cameron gushed, ‘This is incredible. I get to be a girl dad. What a gift. What an amazing opportunity.’
Turning towards Madden, he said: ‘And I get to be her husband soon, and the father of our beautiful baby.’
Madden appeared overwhelmed, breaking down into tears when Alfonso Ribeiro asked her how she was feeling, as she replied, ‘I don’t know.’
Judge Bruno Tonioli was blown away by the performance, and praised the reality star and Madden for ‘dancing with three hearts beating as one.’
The routine earned Cameron and Burgess a 32 out of 40.
‘[I’m feeling] truly incredible… This is a huge night that we’ll celebrate forever,’ Cameron said after getting the score.
In the intro package, Madden gushed about her relationship with Cameron.

‘Tyler has one of the biggest hearts and that’s a testament to how his mom raised him. She gave me the man of my dreams and I’m just overwhelmingly grateful to her,’ she said.
Meanwhile, Cameron got emotional as he spoke about not being able to dance with his mother at his wedding.
‘She passed away in 2020, she had a brain aneurysm. Just like that, she was gone. I’d love to tell her about Tate,’ he said.
In August, Cameron revealed that he proposed to model Madden after two years of dating.
He shared two romantic snaps from the beach proposal in Little Palm Island in the Florida Keys, including one showing him getting down on one knee in an all-white ensemble.
Another photo captured the couple sharing a blissful embrace after Madden said yes.
‘Better late than never they say,’ he wrote in the caption.
Cameron first revealed that he had a girlfriend in July 2024, but he kept her identity private until October of that year when the pair finally went Instagram official.
The post sparked a wave of warm congratulations from his fellow Bachelor alumni.

In 2024, Madden reflected on their meeting on the Trading Secrets podcast.
‘Tyler and I actually met a couple times before he remembered meeting me. I thought Tyler and I were actually good friends. Turns out he didn’t know who I was.’
She went on to share that the pair met through a mutual friend.
Meanwhile, Cameron explained why he wanted to keep his relationship private in an E! News interview in 2024.
‘I’ve been in this scene before for a long time. People like to nitpick and like to judge and all that. And I’ve dealt with it, but not everyone else has and that can be a lot. And so I just wanted to make sure we were in a great place before we started that.’
