Rosie Huntington-Whiteley showed off her skinny figure as she attended at the star-studded 2026 Met Gala in New York City on Monday.Â
The 39-year-old supermodel – who recently purchased a ‘forever home’ with fiance Jason Statham – joined other celebrities on the red carpet such as Kim Kardashian and Nicole Kidman.Â
The star made a statement wearing a dark brown Burberry dress that had a dazzling sequin bodice with a daring lowcut neckline.Â
The ruched skirt clung to her toned frame and contained a thigh-high slit on the front as she posed up a storm.Â
Huntington-Whiteley accessorized the look with a sparkling silver necklace as well as a pair of matching earrings.Â
Her blonde locks were parted in the middle and swept up into a chic updo, allowing loose wavy strands to border the sides of her face.Â

The star’s makeup was classically done and comprised of a layer of mascara to her lashes as well as a smoky shadow around her eyes.
A light pink blush was added to her cheekbones for a radiant glow while a nude-colored matte tint was worn on her lips for a finishing touch.Â

The Transformers: Dark Of The Moon actress showcased her ensemble as she arrived to the glitzy venue.Â
At one point, the British-born model crossed paths with Chief Creative Officer of Burberry Daniel Lee and Romeo Beckham during the annual festivities.Â
While recently talking to Vogue ahead of the Met Gala, Huntington-Whiteley explained that her dress was inspired by John Singer Sargent’s work titled Portrait Of Madame X.Â
The star said that the painting has always been ‘incredibly striking’ to her.Â
In regards to the gown that she donned on the red carpet, the actress said that, ‘There’s a modernity and a strength, but also a softness.
‘I wanted to feel confident and composed… an elevated version of myself.’Â

She further expressed that every person is ‘different’ while adding that ‘you have to figure out what works for you so that you can carry yourself with confidence – that is what great style is all about’
Before walking the red carpet, Huntington-Whiteley was seen leaving her hotel alongside Daniel Lee.Â
Brown satin fabric was draped down her arms and fell into a short train that flowed behind her.Â
She paused for a few pictures outside as she prepared to head to the Metropolitan Museum of Art where the event took place.Â
During a previous conversation with Harper’s Bazaar, the mom-of-two opened up about her personal style and explained that she has learned what ‘suits’ her over the years.Â
‘If you put me in the wrong outfit, I will not be able to carry it off – I do not have a body that you can just throw anything onto.’
Huntington-Whiteley continued, ‘But if you put me in the right outfit, it can be really flattering. After being in front of the camera for 20 years, I have learnt what suits my body and what does not.’Â

‘I feel my fittest when I train with weights. I’ve noticed a difference in my posture, muscle tone and definition.’
She added, ‘I tell my friends every woman should give it a try. It’s not just about looks; it’s about feeling strong and confident.’
Before attending the Met Gala, Huntington-Whiteley reached a big milestone as both she and her fiance Jason Statham reportedly purchased a $33 million (£25 million) beachfront ‘forever home’ in the U.K.Â
The residence sits on 20 acres and has its own swimming pool as well as a boating lake, per The Sun.Â
While the couple purchased the property for £20 million, the pair plan to spend an additional £5 million on renovations.Â
‘I feel my fittest when I train with weights. I’ve noticed a difference in my posture, muscle tone and definition,’ she said
