Caroline Stanbury has been open about fighting Father Time with cosmetic surgery and Ozempic.
So it was no surprise to see the Real Housewives of Dubai star looking trim and terrific on her 50th birthday this week.
In a social media post to mark the milestone, Stanbury stripped down to a skimpy yellow bikini that left little to the imagination.
The London-born beauty proudly showcased her slender figure alongside her toy boy husband Sergio Carrallo, 31.
‘This is the look for today. We’re off to the beach so the whole hotel can know that I’m 50 today,’ she laughed.
Carrallo then gushed, ‘I mean look at her. She looks amazing. How can you be 50 and look like that? It’s insane!’

Carrallo gushed, ‘She looks amazing. How can you be 50 and look like that? It’s insane!’
Stanbury opened up about using Ozempic to lose weight in 2024 during an episode of her Uncut and Uncensored podcast.
She admitted that it caused tension between herself and her younger spouse, as her reduced appetite left her unable to dine with Carrallo at times.
‘After 40 we all know it’s very, very hard to lose weight. But I met so many 40-year-old women going “How have you done it?” And I don’t want to lie to you, I’ve told you I used Ozempic, which I think is one of the best tools if you’re able to use it,’ she shared.
‘What did Kate Moss say? Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels. There’s something to be said for that,’ she added.
Carrallo added, ‘We try to maintain a balance. If we have a big dinner, we try to just fast a little bit until breakfast.’
The pair also discussed arguing over their eating habits, as Stanbury described how Carrallo ‘drove her nuts’ by wanting to eat large meals together, while also wanting her to have a trim figure.
‘Sergio is an eater, and he doesn’t like to eat on his own. I don’t need as much food as Sergio,’ she said.
He then explained, ‘If I love someone, it just makes you happy to see that person eating and enjoying pastry with you.’
In addition to Ozempic, Stanbury has also had a facelift along with Botox and fillers

Stanbury then snapped back, ‘You can’t say you like that body and then give me six pastries because it makes you more happy.’
The former Ladies of London star famously underwent a $35,000 facelift in 2023 to keep up with her much younger husband – despite Carrallo begging her not to do it.
She also said that she couldn’t go any further with fillers, leaving her with no choice but to go under the knife.
Stanbury, a former socialite and entrepreneur, has spent more than a decade on reality television.
She first shot to fame as a cast member on Bravo’s Ladies of London in 2014, remaining on the series until it was canceled in 2017.
She returned to television in 2022 on The Real Housewives of Dubai, lasting two seasons until it was canceled in 2024.
Most recently, she starred on season four of Peacock’s The Traitors.
She also made a brief guest appearance on Hayu’s Real Housewives of London last year.
