Dorit Kemsley and her husband PK are happily quarantined with their two kids in their new Encino, California home.
The 43-year-old joined DailyMailTV for an exclusive chat about finding the positive in lockdown and the ‘twists and turns’ coming around the bend this season on the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
This season of the Bravo show introduces a new housewife as well as a new friend-of-the-housewives and centers mostly on the drama surrounding Denise Richards’ affair with Brandi Glanville. However, Dorit and PK also dealt with the press surrounding their finances.

At the moment, though, the blonde beauty is doing her best to enjoy quarantine with the family, as well as settling into her new home.
‘There’s been something so incredible about this time that we’re spending as a family,’ she said.

‘I try to find something positive in it but it’s challenging at times and I think that virtual learning is difficult I’ve got a six-year-old and he’s up to five zoom classes a day and that’s challenging!’
Dorit is keeping the whole clan busy while in quarantine making TikTok videos together and getting creative with tea parties and bowling in the backyard.

‘There’s been something so incredible about this time that we’re spending as a family,’ she said. ‘I try to find something positive in it but it’s challenging at times and I think that virtual learning is difficult I’ve got a six-year-old and he’s up to five zoom classes a day and that’s challenging!’
This is really the first time that the reality star has had available to start to make her new house a home but social-isolation has made that a touch difficult.
‘I love our new house,’ she gushed. ‘We moved in immediately and I started filming, like immediately. Moving to a house takes time to get everything in its place so obviously I have more time, but you’re not able to get to things that you really need.’
‘So it already feels like home, but its a work in progress,’ she said. Adding: ‘But I love our backyard.’
While Dorit isolates at home, she is essentially re-living her life outside of quarantine as the new season of RHOBH airs on Bravo.
‘I love our new house,’ she gushed. ‘We moved in immediately and I started filming, like immediately. Moving to a house takes time to get everything in its place so obviously I have more time, but you’re not able to get to things that you really need.’
‘So it already feels like home, but its a work in progress,’ she said. Adding: ‘But I love our backyard.’

‘This season has a lot of twists and turns, small bombs and big bombs,’ she revealed. ‘It was very surprising and very shocking, and you live it and then all of a sudden the show and airs you live it all over again.’
During filming, co-star Teddi Mellencamp was pregnant and, at one point, Dorit accused her of being a ‘judgy’ pregnant lady on the show.
When Teddi recently spoke with DailyMailTV, however, she owned her judgmental side.
‘She is judgmental and I’m glad shes owning it,’ Dorit responded to Teddi’s comments. ‘But yeah I would definitely consider her judgmental – more so than a lot of the other women.’

Dorit dishes that this season, which introduces new Housewife Garcelle Beauvais, is not short on the drama.
For her, personally, she and PK found it a struggle open up about the press regarding their finances while in front of the cameras.
‘There were a lot of b.s. headlines over the last couple of years and I had my hands tied behind my back because there were a lot of things I couldn’t talk about, because it was in the lawyers hands,’ Dorit explained. ‘Now that it’s behind us, it’s a little easier.’
