Country music star Carly Pearce has admitted that she once got so drunk before a show that she should have canceled the entire concert.
During an appearance on Entertainment Tonight, the What He Didn’t Do hitmaker reflected on drinking too much during her 29 Tour back in late 2021.
‘I over-served myself, and I was like, “Uh oh, this is not good.” But I made it,’ she confessed.
She also shared some other alcohol-related stories, including one about a bad date she had with a mystery man who had too much to drink during dinner.
‘I once went on a date with a guy who got so blackout drunk that I had to drive him home, and when it was time to kiss me, he pretended to have a phone call,’ she said.
‘But I could see his lock screen – where there was no call.’

She added, ‘Just tell me you don’t want to kiss me. I don’t want to kiss you either.’
The country crooner has since found love with entrepreneur and dog rescue advocate Jordan Karcher.
Pearce officially ‘hard launched’ the romance last year on Instagram.
Karcher is the founder/CEO of a retail app called Eileen and Grounds Hounds Coffee Co.
Pearce previously dated drummer BC Taylor and baseball player Riley King.
She was also married to country singer Michael Ray, although their whirlwind marriage ended in divorce after just eight months.
Ray then went on to find love with reality star Audrina Patridge, best known for being on MTV’s The Hills.
‘It was awful. I mean, I’m being completely honest with you, that it was so embarrassing. It was so shameful,’ Pearce told Us Weekly in 2021 of her divorce.
‘I over-served myself, and I was like, “Uh oh, this is not good.” But I made it,’ she confessed
The incident happened during Pearce’s 21 Tour back in late 2021
‘I felt like I had failed. I felt like I would never find love again because I was divorced so young, and I was just embarrassed.’
Ray and Patridge dated for roughly two years before ending their relationship for good in May.
The Kentucky-born songstress burst onto the scene in 2017 with her first single Every Little Thing, which was a top five hit on the Billboard country chart.
She then earned her biggest hit ever in 2019 with the Lee Brice duet I Hope You’re Happy Now.
Pearce recently released her fifth studio album, Honest Woman.
While the album has yet to make a dent on the Billboard charts, it has managed to find success in the UK, where it reached No. 3 on the official UK Country Chart.
