Chris Brown’s ex-girlfriend Diamond Brown accuses the singer of threatening the men she has dated after him, as well as asking for a raise in child support for a home upgrade, in a series of new legal filings.
In a filing reviewed by The Daily Mail, Diamond, 28, said that she and the singer parted ways more than two years ago, but he ‘has been extremely angry with me when I have dated other men since our break up.’
Diamond claimed in the legal filing: ‘He has made death threats against my most recent boyfriend, and continued threats to not only him, but also to his twin brother,’ adding that her understanding was that ‘he has also had third parties make threats.’
Diamond – who shares four-year-old daughter Lovely with the musical artist, 37, claimed in the court filing that he followed a similar pattern of behavior ‘with another gentleman’ she dated years back.
‘Both of these relationships broke up because of Chris’s harassment,’ Diamond claimed in the legal filing. ‘I should not be left to be scared to move on with my life because of Chris’s anger and resentment.’
The Daily Mail has reached out to legal representatives for both parties for further comment on the story.

Diamond claimed in the legal filing that Brown has behaved in a way that ‘has been harassing, disturbing my peace and feels extremely frightening.’
She said through her lawyer, she has attempted ‘to have Christopher stop this behavior.’
Diamond said in the legal filing that Brown ‘has blown up at me in front of our daughter and at a birthday party, which is harmful and especially inappropriate.’
She claimed in the court filing Brown ‘has also attempted to harass [her] through social media.’
Diamond claimed in the legal filing she’s tried everything to avert having to file for a domestic violence restraining order, and has held out hope Brown ceases ‘this scary behavior.’
‘I feel that I have been living under siege and would appreciate the right to peaceful enjoyment of my life,’ Diamond said in the legal filing.
Brown appeared to have denied her allegations, according to a letter from his attorney to her lawyer included in the filing.
In the filing, Brown’s legal team said in an email: ‘Chris denies this and in fact I continue to see your client posting things that are inappropriate. Please send me specifics to address so I can understand and assist if this is really happening.’

In the October 1 filing, Diamond said that Brown has not asked her to see their daughter Lovely once over ‘the last six to seven months.’
Diamond said in the legal filing that she earns approximately $1,500 per month in income, while Brown has not been forthright about his income, as ‘he has refused to provide a single financial document despite duly served discovery.’
In a declaration she filed, Diamond requested monthly support of $45,595 in child support.
She broke down the expenses in rent and related bills of around $23,000 in the declaration, in addition to around $20,000 for medical, educational and other living expenses.
Diamond said in the filing that Brown has agreed to provide her with around $7,000 monthly ‘from which he has unilaterally deducted further funds,’ and does ‘not cover the child’s basic needs’ leaving her ‘cash-strapped and with debt.’
Diamond has ‘estimated a monthly need of approximately $15,000 in rent for a home that is slightly closer to [Brown’s] station in life’ for her and their child.
