Aaron Paul has sold his Los Angeles home for almost $7.5 million after it sat on the market for more than a year.
The 47-year-old actor first listed the residence, which is known as the Seyler House, in July of 2025 for around $10 million, according to TMZ, which reported details of the sale.
The Emmett, Idaho-born actor slashed the asking price of the three-bedroom, three-and-a-half bathroom home, which is situated near Griffith Park, to $8.2 million this past January, the outlet reported.
Paul, who played Jesse Pinkman on Breaking Bad, wound up accepting a total of $7.495 million to close the sale on the home, according to the report.
Paul is the latest in a number of celebrities who have lived at the residence, a list that also includes Robert Pattinson, Noah Wyle, Jim Parsons, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar and the late Tim Curry.
The Daily Mail has reached out to representatives for Paul for further comment on the story.
