Boosie Badazz a.k.a. Lil Boosie continues to steal the headlines for the wrong reasons. Just days after stirring up controversy with claims he got grown women perform sex on his underage sons and nephews, the “Better Believe It” rapper has a lawsuit filed against him over unpaid child support.

The Georgia State Department of Human Services has, according to Bossip, sued the 37-year-old spitter for his failure in providing financial support to his 11-year-old daughter, Lyric Beyonce. It was noted that Special Assistant Attorney General Don Snow made the filing on behalf of Lyric’s mother, Gelisa Hayes.

Boosie reportedly was served with the lawsuit at both his home and the headquarters for Bad Azz Entertainment. The hearing for the case, however, has been canceled due to the coronavirus pandemic. Court documents unveiled that both Hayes and the state seek to get a reasonable amount of child support from the Baton Rouge native.

Should Boosie have any doubt that Lyric is his daughter, Hayes suggested that he took a DNA test through the state. The “Show Da World” rapper has yet to respond to the lawsuit.

This child support dispute against Boosie came just days after Boosie made the shocking confession about how he prepared his sons and nephews for adulthood during Instagram Live. “I’m training those boys, ask my nephews or any of my sons. When they were 12-13, they got h*ad,” he bragged. “Hell yeah I got my f**king son’s d**k sucked.”

In response, many of his followers said they reported his claims to authorities. Should his claims be brought to court, the rapper whose real name Torrence Hatch Jr. would face fine of up to $5,000 and/or a prison sentence of up to 10 years, since under Lousiana law, the act of promoting “consensual sexual intercourse between a child (ages 13 and 16) and an adult” is considered a felony.
