Boosie Badazz (Lil Boosie) shared more details about controversy surrounding him over his comments on Dwyane Wade‘s daughter Zaya. During his appearance in a new episode of “The Breakfast Club”, the rapper revealed that Jay-Z was somehow involved in the drama.

It started after Charlamagne Tha God asked Boosie if he ever planned to apologize to the retired NBA star, to which the Baton Rogue star replied, “Nah… They already tried to do that. They were trying to hook up some s**t with a meeting with Jay-Z.”

Elaborating his story, Boosie continued, “They say Jay-Z was gonna get him on the phone and all that s**t, I need to apologize to save this, and save that.” However, he refused, saying, “Hey, tell Jay-Z I don’t wanna talk. I’m not apologizing for s**t. I don’t give a f**k if Jesus calling to get me to apologize. I said what I said, man. I felt that was right.”

Boosie received backlash after speaking out against Dwyane’s decision to support his transgender daughter. “Don’t cut his d**k off, bruh,” he said. “He’s 12 years old. He’s not up there yet. He hasn’t made his final decisions yet. You f***ing trippin’, dawg.”

Denying allegations that he’s not supportive to LGBTQ+ community, he said on an Instagram Live in March, “I got gay people around me, I ain’t got nothing against no gay people. I got gay people work for me, I got gay people in my family. All I said [about Zaya] was don’t do that to him.”

The rapper went on to say, “I ain’t got nothing against gay nobody. I love people. I don’t hate white people, I don’t hate black people. I don’t hate people. All I said was don’t do that to him. That’s all I said.”

Boosie then alluded that Zaya was too young to make such a big decision. “At 11 or 12 I don’t know if I’m going shopping at Dillard’s or Footlocker. Ya heard? I don’t know if I’m going to college or staying. Big decisions I can’t make yet,” he noted.
