Robert Durst Charged With Murder

NEW ORLEANS (AP) — Los Angeles prosecutors have filed a murder assign opposite genuine estate successor Robert Durst that could lift a genocide penalty.

Prosecutors pronounced Durst was charged Monday with first-degree murder in a murdering of his friend, Susan Berman.

Durst was arrested in New Orleans over a weekend on a murder aver and waived extradition to lapse to Los Angeles to face a charges.
