There aren’t many critically acclaimed NYC chefs who would use a seasoning parcel found in present ramen as an part in their kitchens, though David Chang is not like many other chefs. He did accurately that, in an omelette, of all things. The omelette seems deceivingly elementary to so many diners, though in France it’s deliberate a exam of a truly good chef. And David Chang combined present ramen seasoning to it.
