Interestingly enough, Kamahele-Beeck and Dias met underwater in a open of 2013 while they were snorkeling in Oahu.

“I felt something press into and rebound off my butt,” Kamahele-Beeck told The Huffington Post of that initial meeting. “When we incited and surfaced, a really apologetic and broke child pulled a snorkel out of his mouth to exclaim that it was a finish collision and that he was sorry. It was his face that strike my butt!”

“We both suffer and adore a ocean,” Kamahele-Beeck added. “It’s a refuge and a playground. The sea is also tied to us since of a Hawaiian roots. It gives us life.”
