But people but money or resources are increasingly pleading guilty to crimes they didn’t dedicate — simply since they can’t means bail, and they don’t wish to sojourn in a dangerous prison. They, understandably, wish to go home.
That, of course, has outrageous ramifications for them. When they’re out, they will afterwards have to contend with being a “convicted criminal,” that affects things down a line like practice and housing.
