Sleep Country Canada has concluded to buy online mattress seller Endy for $89 million.
The dual companies announced a deal Thursday dusk that will see a sell mattress sequence buy a Canadian mattress builder for $63.7 million in money now, and adult to another $25 million in 3 years if certain expansion and profitability targets are achieved.
“The merger of Endy will … complement Sleep Country’s inhabitant store footprint and opposite preference of nap products,” Sleep Country CEO David Friesema said in a statement.
Created in 2015 by Rajen Ruparell and Mike Gettis, who first met as high propagandize students in Calgary, Endy has fast grown into one of a heading sellers of mattresses online.
