The Royal Bank of Canada says it is operative to solve an ongoing emanate that has seen a customers unable to entrance online banking and self-directed investing brokerage accounts on Wednesday.
“Some clients are experiencing delays when attempting to record on to a Online Banking and RBC Direct Investing platforms due to complicated trade volumes,” RBC spokesperson A.J. Goodman told CBC News in response to an emailed inquiry.
“We bewail any nuisance this might means clients and conclude their calm as we diligently work to solve them. As we investigate, we ask that clients continue perplexing to record in to their accounts, as these issues are intermittent.”
Reports initial flush online on Wednesday morning, when some users complained of being incompetent to record on. The bank’s patron use Twitter account was busily responding to many users who had complained about log-on problems.
