3 can’t-miss tips for inexpensive summer flights

Can’t seem to find a reasonably-priced summer flight? ABC News’ transport editor gave her tip 3 tips to “Good Morning America.”

1. Jul 9 is a day to equivocate this summer, according to CheapAir.com, an American online transport agency. The site analyzed hundreds of thousands of airfares and found a Sunday after Jul 4 will cost $100 some-more than a normal quarrel this summer during about $480. In general, Sundays are a day to equivocate flights as they’re renouned with both convenience and business travelers. Jul is a many costly month to transport behind a Christmas and Thanksgiving holidays.

2. If cost is some-more critical than anything else, Jun 6 is your day. Tuesdays are roughly always a cheapest day to fly, no matter a season. Can’t make Jun 6 work? The second half of Aug is also a good gamble after many schools are behind in session.

3. Good news for summer travelers: Airfare is trending somewhat cheaper this summer than last, about $20 per ticket. That said, design fares to go adult as a summer gets closer. Average summer airfare is about $380, so keep that cost indicate in mind when shopping. If you’re in that range, you’re removing a satisfactory price.
