Cardi B Splurges on a Splashy $500K Watch Amid Stefon Diggs Split Rumors
Cardi B is making money moves with some splashy new bling on her wrist amid rumors that she and Stefon Diggs have split.
The rapper, 33, treated herself to a luxe Audemars Piguet watch featuring an 18-carat frosted gold case and 32 baguette-cut, multi-colored sapphires surrounding the face.
Cardi dropped six figures on her latest jewelry addition, reaching out to celebrity diamond dealer Benny the Jeweler to keep her iced out. Her new bling retails between $445,000 to $551,000 on the secondary market, according to E! News.
“@iamcardib said it’s a big frosted rainbow 🌈 ap Skelly for the tour!” Benny captioned his Instagram post on Monday, February 9, noting in the video that he flew “all the way to San Fran to drop that off.”
“A little gift for me from me,” Cardi declared in the Instagram Reel that Benny posted, while rocking a form-fitting black mini dress and crocodile thigh-high boots.
The “Outside” hitmaker bought the piece “to set myself up the proper way for tour,” she shared, adding, “I better see you all on tour.”
Cardi’s Little Miss Drama Tour kicks off Wednesday, February 11, in Palm Desert, California.
“Someone had to bring a trophy home,” one social media user remarked in the comments section of Benny’s post. “Brah aint no way Diggs fumbled this and lost super bowl same day,” another chimed in. “If Pretty Petty af was a person 😂😂😂😂 Go Girl!!!!!!” a third wrote.
Split rumors have been swirling ever since Cardi left the Super Bowl early on Sunday, February 8, after making a surprise cameo in Bad Bunny’s halftime show.
The speculation grew when a recent interview emerged, in which she gave a seemingly cold “good luck” response to Diggs, 32, when asked by a reporter on the Fanatics Super Bowl party red carpet if she had a pre-game message for the New England Patriots wide receiver.
Furthermore, fans noticed that Cardi B and Diggs also unfollowed each other on social media.
Prior to the big game, which ended with the Seattle Seahawks winning the Vince Lombardi Trophy with a 29-13 score, Diggs said he hadn’t ruled out proposing to Cardi.
“It’s on the agenda, maybe, right?” Diggs replied during a press conference on February 2, when asked if he plans to pop the question. “I got to get mine first, though,” he added, referring to what would have been his first Super Bowl ring.

The NFL star and Grammy winner welcomed a baby boy in November.
“My life has always been a combination of different chapters and different seasons,” Cardi, who also shares three kids with ex Offset, wrote via Instagram at the time. “My last chapter was the beginning of a new season. Starting over is never easy but it’s been so worth it!”
