Video Sparks Investigation Into California Cops Who Beat Suspect

June 9 (Reuters) – Authorities in a Central California city are questioning either military used extreme force when they struck an attack think with batons while conquering him in an occurrence prisoner on dungeon phone video and posted on a Internet, officials pronounced on Tuesday.
