Jennifer Garner sends love and offers fan going through a tough break-up some life advice: ‘Your heart sounds heavy, I am so sorry’
Jennifer Garner offered a fan a sweet message via social media on Monday.
After the actress took to Instagram to share a light-hearted post of some of her lockdown looks, a follower penned that she wished she could have her ‘happiness and sense of security.’
The 47-year-old beauty gave the upset follower some life advice and said she was sending all her love during her rough patch.

‘I wish I had your happiness and feeling of security. And I don’t say that resentfully because you present yourself as a good and kind person,’ they began.

‘Your actions show you to be good and kind. It’s that I have finally gotten the courage to tell my husband to leave after years of emotional abuse and I feel like I will never find happiness or security.’
The fan continued: ‘I find a sense of balm from seeing yours but it’s also mixed with a winsome feeling because I don’t think I’ll ever be there.’
Sending love: ‘Hopefully you have powerful women in your corner, reminding you of your strength and your worth’
She ended the post with: ‘He is so vindictive and powerful and I have nothing and no one. Why am I saying this to a stranger? I really don’t know.’
A few hours later, the Camping actress returned to the post to share some wise and comforting words.
‘Your heart sounds heavy, I am so sorry,’ she began.
‘Hopefully you have powerful women in your corner, reminding you of your strength and your worth.’
‘Hopefully, you are able to calm your mind with prayer/meditation/ exercise/ art. Laughter will come and really — it is worth fighting for. Until then, all of my love.’

Ben and Jen married in 2005 before revealing they had split with an intention to divorce, 10 years later. Their divorce was finalized in 2018.
Together they share three kids, Violet, 14, Seraphina, 11, and Samuel, eight.
Ben is currently dating actress Ana de Armas and reports claim that Jen is ‘happy’ her ex is dating again.
‘Although it’s sad in a way to see him move on and be so happy, she is ultimately happy that he is happy and in a good and healthy place with his life,’ an insider told Us Weekly.
‘That’s what she ultimately wants for the father of her kids.’
The Hollywood stars have subsequently worked hard to maintain a good relationship with each other for the sake of their children.
The source added that Jennifer is ‘always polite and trusts Ben and lets him do what he wants when he’s with the kids’.
