Ontario Securities Commission chair and CEO Maureen Jensen to step down

The Ontario Securities Commission says Maureen Jensen will renounce as chair and arch executive of a provincial regulator, effective Apr 15.

The initial lady to be named chair and CEO of a commission, Jensen was allocated in 2016 and reappointed to a three-year prolongation in 2017.

Jensen assimilated a OSC as a executive executive in 2011.
