Mother Charged With Attempting To Poison Children’s Apple Juice

Jan 15 (Reuters) – An Illinois mom was charged with attempting to kill dual of her children by spiking their apple extract with medication drugs before holding a drugs herself in a probable self-murder attempt, military pronounced on Thursday.
Krystale El Khatib, 29, was charged with dual depends of attempted murder for abrasive several pills into her children’s libation and forcing them to splash it on Monday, a Schiller Park Police Department pronounced in a statement.
Police conducting a contentment check after found Khatib, who took a pills herself, during her home in need of medical attention.
Police pronounced a children tested certain for benzodiazepines, a category of sedatives and anti-anxiety drugs including Valium and Xanax. The children were taken to a internal sanatorium by their biological father.
