Drug users wish supervision to finish examination of overdose impediment sites

Drug consumers in Ottawa are calling on a provincial supervision to finish a examination of overdose impediment sites.

Dozens of people rallied Friday outward the Human Rights Monument on Elgin Street for International Overdose Awareness Day, job for improved health caring for drug users, some-more overdose impediment sites and programs, and some-more 24/7 supervised injection sites. 

Since entrance into power, Premier Doug Ford’s PC supervision has put several authorized overdose impediment sites on postponement while a supervision studies a issue.

Last year, some-more than 60 people died from overdoses in Ottawa.
