Fantasy Round 5 Preview: Transfers, Boosters & Captains
Deadline
16:00 CET on Friday.
If we haven’t nonetheless registered, we can still play McDonald’s FIFA World Cupâ„¢ Fantasy and emanate private leagues to contest with your friends.
How To Play
Transfers
- You can make 3 giveaway transfers before Friday’s deadline.
- You can now collect 5 players from any nation instead of 4.
Picking players who allege by a knockout rounds is advantageous. You get 5 giveaway transfers forward of a semi-finals, so to have a full patrol out, you’ll need 10 of your 15 quarter-final actor to make it through. If we still haven’t played your Wildcard, that will help.
Number of giveaway transfers we get before any round:
3 giveaway transfers before Round 5 (quarter-finals)
5 giveaway transfers before Round 6 (semi-finals)
5 giveaway transfers before Round 7 (third-place playoff Final)
Additional transfers cost we 4 points each.
Wildcard
You can make total transfers for one round. If we haven’t already used it, cruise either it’s best to use it in Round 5, Round 6 or Round 7.
Boosters
Bench Boost
For one round, all 15 of your players – rather than only 11 – will measure we points. So we need to try and play it when you’ll have as many of your patrol personification as possible. Does your 15 for Round 5 demeanour strong?
Maximum Captain
In one of a 7 rounds, we can play your Maximum Captain. In that round, we don’t name a captain. Instead, whichever of your 11 players scores a top points delivers double for you.
Note: You can't use your Bench Boost and Maximum Captain in a same round.
