Apple releases third beta for iOS 11.4.1—Download it now

Apple today released the third beta of iOS 11.4.1 to developers, exactly one week after releasing the second beta. Just like the first and second betas, there’s not much to talk about in terms of new features.

It seems Apple is mostly focusing on improving and refining performance with its newest software upate, seeking out and fixing rogue bugs that have been affecting devices running iOS 11.4. Among the issues happening for users on iOS 11.4 is poor battery performance.

iOS 11.4.1 will likely be the last major update Apple rolls out for iOS 11 as iOS 12’s release is just around the corner, with its beta already available to developers as well.

Developers can download the latest beta for iOS 11.4.1 now while public testers should see the update show up in the coming days.
