Caption this: Trump smiles as he meets with kids on Take Your Child to Work Day
It’s been a busy Thursday for President Trump:
- His nominee to lead the Department of Veterans Affairs, presidential doctor Ronny Jackson, withdrew his name amid allegations of misconduct
- He gave a rambling interview on Fox and Friends…
- Which included the admission that his personal lawyer, Michael Cohen, had represented him “on this crazy Stormy Daniels deal”
- And that he hadn’t had time to buy anything for first lady Melania’s upcoming birthday besides a card and flowers
So sometimes, all you can do is smile, as the president did when the children of press and White House staff visited him in the Oval Office as part of Take Our Daughters and Sons to Work Day.
Children who visited the White House also got to partake in a “press briefing” with Press Secretary Sarah Sanders and her sons (one of whom is having his nose grabbed in the picture above).
