Mark your calendars, y’all: Mitt Romney has some big Utah Senate race news to announce on Feb. 15.

Until Feb. 15, the future plans of the former Massachusetts governor and 2012 GOP presidential nominee will remain a mystery.
His announcement comes more than a month after Utah’s Orrin Hatch said he planned to retire from the Senate at the end of the year. Hatch was first elected to the seat in 1976.
