At Comic-Con in San Diego on Friday, “Game of Thrones” director David Nutter revealed to Entertainment Weekly that he confirmed Snow’s death to the President Barack Obama three weeks ago

 “[President Obama] turned to me, put his hand on my shoulder, and said, ‘You didn’t kill Jon Snow, did you?’” Nutter told the website. “I said, ‘Jon Snow is deader than dead.'”

There you have it, the confirmation we all needed to move on. 

 Oh, and Stanis was confirmed dead
