The Huawei P30 series is expected to continue the P-series DNA, with a focus on photography and style. The latest rumors suggest the Huawei P30 will follow a similar design language to the Huawei P20, with a few welcome upgrades.
The Huawei P30 Pro will feature four cameras
The gradient is still present on the back of the phone, but the regular P30 has three cameras, vs just two on last year’s P20. The front features a 6-inch display with a small waterdrop notch, and reduced bezels compared to the P20.
The volume rocker and power button are both on the right, whereas the bottom houses the USB-C port and a headphone jack. On the P30 Pro however, there’s no headphone jack, continuing the model of the P20 Pro which also dropped the headphone jack. There’s no capacitive fingerprint sensor in sight on the phone, suggesting we’ll see an in-display fingerprint sensor on both the P30 and the P30 Pro.
The P30 Pro looks almost identical, but the camera array on the rear looks markedly different. The P30 Pro will add a fourth camera, with it being housed in a secondary section beneath the main three camera array.
