What happens when you throw a Cucco into Death Mountain is utterly disappointing

The fine folks at Dorkly took the time to painstakingly do what we’ve all been wondering: what happens in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild when you throw a Cucco into Death Mountain?

Well, here, we now know. I don’t want to spoil this for you (though, it is disappointing), so I’ll save the “reveal” until after the clip.

Whelp…

Right. I don’t know what I was expecting there? A rage of flaming Cuccos to fly out of the lava and go absolutely nuts on Link? Perhaps a storm to start that rains nothing but cooked Cucco breast for Link to eat?

We simply got a *kerplunk*, and that was… fine.
