Travis Kelce Teams Up With Tommy Hilfiger as Newest Global Brand Ambassador
Travis Kelce is ready to bring all-star energy to the world of fashion.
Kelce, 36, was announced as Tommy Hilfiger’s newest brand ambassador and creative collaborator on Monday, March 30. “I’ve long admired Tommy Hilfiger as an iconic American brand,” he said of their collaboration, per WWD. “Ever since 10th grade, when I used to ask my mom to buy Sailing Gear jackets, I’ve been drawn towards the brand’s confident style and red, white and blue DNA.”
Kelce continued, “Getting to work with Tommy and put my own twist on timeless pieces, in a way that feels original for today, is a dream come true.”
The Kansas City Chiefs tight end will star in a number of ads plus work behind-the-scenes and brainstorm with the design team. The NFL star is known for his bold style and colorful ensembles, which he’s bringing to the brand.
“I would say some product is notably coming from his love for color, but blended with the Tommy icons,” Hilfiger, 75, teased. “But it’ll always come back to authenticity, and he wants to create pieces he would actually wear.” The designer noted that the one-season collection will be mostly sportswear with some tailored clothes.
This fall, Kelce’s partnership will kick off with an ad showing him out and about in New York City. Kelce will also shoot a campaign in the Big Apple in April, which will launch in late August or September.

Hilfiger sang his praises and revealed what they’re planning to bring to the table, noting, “Travis Kelce is one of the magnetic figures in sport and culture today. He is at the forefront of a new generation of athletes expressing themselves through style, with a down-to-earth quality that people immediately connect with. I’m excited to see how he brings his fearless, fun-loving and bold take on Prep Made Current to fans around the world.”
This isn’t the first time Kelce has dabbled in designing.
In 2019, he launched his own lifestyle brand, Tru Kolors, which carries graphic T-shirts, track suits, sweatshirts and pants. Kelce also joined forces with American Eagle in August 2025 with a collection that featured over 90 pieces.
