Three big apps have left the Apple Watch behind

Just like nearly every other Apple device, the Apple Watch has strong app support from developers. There are thousands of apps available, but a few very notable ones have left the wearable device in recent weeks.

According to Apple Insider, Google Maps, Amazon and eBay all had apps for the Apple Watch, but in the past couple of weeks, all pulled support. The omission is quite notable given that its from some very important services.

The Amazon and Google Maps app did very little to begin with. Google Maps did only a fraction of what the native Apple Maps app for the Apple Watch can do. The eBay app was a little more useful, giving users alert on bids.
